Each jewelry item is unique in both design and variance in the natural appearance of the stones. Necklaces and bracelets are strung with supple 19-strand steel wire and comes inside a decorative pouch.
Currently, I will not be accepting returns unless the item arrived damaged by shipping, or breaks within 90 days of purchase. At that time you will have the option for your piece to be restrung and returned to you at no extra charge. Photos will be required of any damaged packaging in order for me to file a complaint with USPS.
